its founder’s name, Bernard Thorpe.
In 1974, Martin P. Hayter was given
responsibility for the French affiliate.
Following an MBO in 1993, this company became independent
and broadened its activities in Europe. The company
continued to develop and changed its name in 1997 to
Hayter International.
